Building a strong foundation for learning
A personalised learning pathway for every child
We offer personalised one-to-one and group classes from EYFS to A-Level and IB. Before lessons begin, we meet with parents to understand each child’s needs and interests — then our qualified teachers plan every lesson around them.

Our story
From leading international schools to learning at home
At Teachwise, our journey began in some of the world’s leading international schools, where Joshua and Stephanie honed their craft and developed a deep passion for education.
Like many teachers globally, we were pushed into online learning. While it felt challenging at first, we learnt its benefits and enjoyed seeing children thrive in their home environment. Online learning also let us build stronger relationships with students and parents, and shape more personable, tailored lessons.
We believe every child deserves a personalised learning pathway — with a supportive network of parents and schools championing their success.
Our learning approach
Four principles behind every lesson
Personalised learning
Lessons match each child’s needs, learning style and pace — and draw on their interests so they stay fully engaged.
Interactive & engaging
Traditional methods combined with modern tools. Gamification hooks students in; quizzes give clear updates on progress.
Inquiry approach
Thought-provoking questions and inquiry-based activities build critical thinking, problem-solving and independence.
Progress tracking & goals
Achievable goals, regular monitoring and detailed feedback to parents after every session.
How it works
Six steps to a clear plan
We design learning around both the parent’s requirements and the student’s interests.
01
Parent consultation
A phone call to learn about your child’s needs, goals and interests.
02
Assessment
Your child takes a short assessment so we can see exactly where they are.
03
Review & recommendation
We review the results and recommend how many sessions your child needs.
04
Pre-teaching
Short activities before each lesson, such as a Quizlet set, so your child arrives ready.
05
The live lesson
Fun, interactive lessons that keep your child fully engaged.
06
Homework & marking
