Hybrid · For schools

More teaching possibilities for your school

Schools do not always need another full time teacher to give students access to a subject or programme. They may need a specialist for a particular course, a small group or a few hours each week.

Teachwise Education works with schools to bring experienced teachers into the classroom through live online lessons. Students learn together at school while the Teachwise teacher leads the lesson, asks questions and responds to the group in real time.

In school

Students learn together

Students are together in their school classroom.

Live online

A Teachwise teacher teaches

A Teachwise teacher teaches them live online, leading the lesson in real time.

In the room

An adult from the school supports students in the room.

We can help schools extend their subject offer, introduce enrichment programmes or provide targeted support where specialist teaching is difficult to recruit locally. Each programme is planned with the school around its students, curriculum and timetable.

How the hybrid model works

A live teacher, a real classroom and a shared plan

01

We understand your school

We discuss your students, curriculum, timetable and what you want the programme to achieve.

02

We agree the programme

Together, we decide on the subject, learning goals, group size, schedule and how progress will be reviewed.

03

We prepare the classroom

Teachwise prepares the remote teacher. The school provides a suitable classroom, working technology and an adult in the room to support students locally.

04

Teaching begins

The teacher leads live lessons, explains and models ideas, asks questions and responds to students’ work during the session.

05

We review and adjust

We stay in contact with the school, share agreed feedback and adapt the programme as needed.

The students should be active participants in a live lesson, with opportunities to ask questions, discuss ideas and receive feedback as they work.
