Mr Hendy has worked in UK and international settings, including Yeo Moor Primary School, where he led a Whole School Nurture Programme, and Dehong Beijing International School, where he developed strategies for EAL learners.
He holds a PGCE with specialised training in EAL and nurture approaches, and makes sure every student feels supported and engaged.
